The reality is that you can use ANY photo from your camera roll as a highlight cover pic! Navigate to your Instagram bio.
Click the New button that appears below your profile information to create a new highlight. Then, click next. Type the title you would like to use. Click the gallery icon. You will now be able to see the highlight with your selected cover photo on your profile page!
