Just typing "Yo" in the search bar should bring up YouTube as an option. Select YouTube from the list of options to bring up the store page. Select YouTube from the list and that is it! This is a particularly frustrating situation to encounter, because if you can't sign in to YouTube then you won't see any of your personalised recommendations, playlists, viewing history, or anything else tied to your account.
