Once done, you'll never have to worry about missing a text ever again. The issue is quite daunting and there are a few variations of it. The fist one is a rather eyebrow raising one, in which the Apple Watch here display message notifications at all, but instead, the iPhone rings up to inform the user that a text has come through. The second variation is the same as the first one, but the iPhone doesn't ring either. Here's how it's done.

If you don't see the message immediately, swipe down on the Watch face to check your notifications. Any unread messages will appear here. To see a message you've already opened, press the Digital Crown to see all of your apps, then tap the Messages icon bright green with a white chat bubble. Press the Digital Crown and tap the green Messages icon.
You can also open Messages using the Dock. This turns on Silent Mode. You can still receive haptic notifications. To silence an alert or notification as it sounds, rest your palm on the display for at least three seconds or until you feel a tap. Turn on Do Not Disturb Touch and hold the bottom of the watch face.
Tap the Do Not Disturb buttonthen choose an option. You can manually turn off Do Not Disturb or set it for a period of time, so it automatically turns off.
See all your notifications
Open the Watch app and tap on General. Tap on Software Update. Tap on Download and Install. If you see Install Now, that means the update file is already downloaded. Tap on it and follow along. Double-tap to zoom out and turn the Digital Crown to adjust the volume. Swipe or tap the Back button to return to the conversation.
