Uninstall and reinstall the Prime Video app from your TV. Check your internet connection or upgrade your plan. Turn off network tools, such as VPN or proxy. Update your browser to the latest version. Close your browser, open it, and try again.
Disconnect any VPN or proxy connections. Clear browser cookies and cache.

As of this writing, I have an Acer with Chromium build Sept 16, Google click longer supports flash based videos in their browser. You can view Amazon product videos on other platforms like Windows because it supports Silverlight. If an old movie was not converted and needs not able to play amazon prime video on chrome flash player, you probably won't be able to view that and just have audio.
But, I have not come across an Amazon Prime movie yet that I have not been able to view.
