Dec 27th, pm Amazon only offers free return : 1 The product marks as free return on the page such as clothing, shoes, wallet, etc I find out other return reasons are account dependent. I guess if you are returning too much using the same reason, Amazon will put strictly policy into your account. However, the first 3 reasons I mention above should NOT charge you return shipping fee.If this was always their policy, this is the first time they've enforced it.
