Resetting the password was not possible either because I did not know the credit card number, because I never received a credit card. I was never able to view the details of the statement. This problem was never resolved as I am still being billed for charges made to this unknown credit card. Amazon refuses to clear the charges from the unauthorized Account changes and credit card replacement along with the actual credit card bill.
I reported the unauthorized charges to Synchrony, explaining that I never received the charge card.
