How to see who bought off target registry

Flag Someone bought us a gift off our Target registry and we received it in the mail today, but I have no idea who bought it!

The packing slip didn't say anything about who bought it. I checked online at our registry and I can't seem to find it.

Can anyone tell me how I can find out who purchased an item?? Do you know if there is a way to do so? How to see who bought off target registry
