I contacted Dish and they did a diagnostic check and said everything was fine from what they could see. I connected the Access Point to my Hopper 3 which has an internet connection so I don't know why the Access Point failed to find it via the cable provided.I moved the Joey Remote Receiver and a small TV next to the Hopper 3 and Access Point, but it still failed to connect to the internet even though the receiver and transmitter Access Point were inches away.

I know it was the Access Point because the internet light always showed amber. It says this unit does not use the WiFi, but it does transmit a WiFi signal, and that part failed.
