When i was eating crap like pizza and burger king all dayevery morning i would wake up and poop and through out the day i did not have any problems.Since i started eating clean 4 months ago i cant poop in the morning the only time i wont to is when i am at college or gym or late at night when i get home. The restrooms in the college i go to are so dirty that mushrooms grow there Any ideas what i should eat before sleep or when i wake up so i can poop before i leave to college. Or are you more the type who has no idea if or when the urge to go will greet you?
