Please call us directly if you would like to share your concerns. Cons: A little improvement on the menu for the grill. Location: Convenient for flying in and out of Midway! Easy access to downtown Chicago I was flying in for funeral and wanted a good deal, safe location and half-way decent hotel.
The Hilton Garden Inn was way more than half-way decent -- it was fabulous! The decor in the lobby and the room were terrific.
It was clean, comfy and had everything I needed, including a fridge. My only complaint was that the grill was out of the soup I wanted, but it was 15 minutes until the grill closed, so I can forgive them that! All in all, I'd definitely stay here again. We're so happy to read that our accommodations were able to meet and exceed your expectations during your visit. It was a pleasure to have you as our guest, and we look forward to your return!
