Yes, this review was helpful: Yes: 0 3 out of 5 Good Morning My husband and I have had the opportunity to stay in the Sheraton Hotel at numerous location. For the most part we've had a good experiences, which is why it is more than likely our go to choice for a quick getaway. We've booked the Sheraton Brooklyn location numerous of times and enjoyed our stay. However, our most recent stay we were not given the legendary hospitality that we've experienced before.
On February sheraton hotel brooklyn new york city,upon arrival there was a bad odor in the lobby of the hotel. The scent was of an old dirty mop or some type of mildew.
Nevertheless, we were greeted by a young lady at the front desk. We received a room, roomthat was not cleaned I have attached photos. Richard The suite was big and very comfortable. I would rent it again Althea United States of America The hotel overall is very nice and the staff is great.

The elevator to the far left had issues when weight capacity was not met. Features Indoor pool and hot tub, Italian restaurant, Starbucks, and rooftop lounge Considering its location in downtown Brooklyn, the hotel's most notable feature are its rooftop pool and hot tub, though beware that they have limited opening hours.
