Have you ever seen a McDonald's manager kick somebody out or get in their face about using the bathroom and not buying anything? I didn't think so.
There is no policy regarding the use of the bathrooms although I do find it annoying when somebody parks and walks all the way through the lobby around to the bathroom and then all the way back around and out more-or-less telling us that they are using our bathroom and don't plan to buy anything. Especially considering that, for the most part, the side door near the bathrooms is in the same place in most stores.

What is McDonalds official policy on non-patrons using the facilities? It may sound unfair that non-patrons use the facilities, which cost money to maintain, but municipalities have strict laws and harsh penalties for those homeless people, transients and non-patron travelers who must respond to nature's call.
